Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Who we are
Enroll Magic is a service provided by WBI Consulting Group Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit enrollmagic.com, download our guide, or contact our team. This policy applies only to information collected by WBI Consulting Group through Enroll Magic.
Information we collect
When you fill out any form on our site — including requesting the free guide, booking a conversation, or any other form we offer — we collect the information you choose to share, such as your first name, work email, school name, role, phone number, physical address, and any message you include. We also collect information you freely give us through any communication channel (email, SMS, phone, or otherwise), along with opt-in records and timestamps for every channel you use with us. In addition, we collect non-personal information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, website usage patterns and analytics, and cookies. On behalf of client schools, we may handle inquiry, application, and enrollment records, which we treat as confidential student information.
How we use your information
We use the details you share to send you the guide, follow up about your school’s goals, communicate about your inquiries and appointments, and send an occasional note worth reading. We use role information to make our follow-up relevant to your work. We also use collected data to improve our services, enhance website functionality, ensure security and fraud prevention, and maintain records of your communication preferences and consent. We never sell your information, and you can unsubscribe from our notes at any time.
Student and family data
Any inquiry, application, or enrollment records we handle on behalf of schools are treated as confidential student information, consistent with FERPA and applicable state student-privacy laws. We never show identifiable family or student data in marketing, case studies, screenshots, or demos. Each client agreement covers how this data is stored and shared.
Children’s privacy
We market to parents and school staff only. We never target ads, emails, or text messages to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
SMS messaging & compliance
By opting into our SMS messaging services, you agree to receive text messages related to our services, including appointment reminders, customer support, and important updates. You will only receive messages if you have explicitly opted in, and we maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable laws. You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying “STOP”; you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in, and all opt-out requests are processed immediately. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, and messages are directly related to the services you have requested. We do not send promotional content without specific consent. Reply “HELP” for assistance, or contact us at info@enrollmagic.com. Customer support is available during regular business hours. Standard message and data rates may apply, carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers.
SMS data protection
WBI Consulting Group does not share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors in support of our services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We implement strict data-protection measures to safeguard your SMS opt-in information and consent records.
Email and text messages
Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. We send text messages only to people who have opted in, for meeting confirmations and reminders, and every message includes opt-out instructions.
Case studies and testimonials
We use only real client results, state the time frame and what the school spent, and obtain written permission before naming a school or quoting anyone. Where results vary by school, we say so.
Information sharing & disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information with third-party vendors who assist in our operations (such as appointment scheduling) and with SMS aggregators and providers solely to deliver messages you have consented to receive. All service providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and security. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, in response to valid law-enforcement requests or court orders, or in the case of mergers, acquisitions, or a sale of assets — in which case your data remains protected under the terms of this policy. All of the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services.
Data security
We implement and maintain reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest, secure access controls and authentication, regular security assessments, employee training on data protection, breach-notification protocols in accordance with applicable laws, and secure backup systems and disaster-recovery procedures. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies & tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to analyze site traffic and user behavior, remember your preferences, improve website functionality and user experience, and measure the effectiveness of our services. You may control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of our website.
Your rights & choices
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information; opt out of marketing emails by clicking “unsubscribe” in our emails; opt out of SMS messages by replying “STOP”; request information on how we process your data; and withdraw consent at any time for future communications. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information in the Contact us section below.
