Nothing on this site is a guarantee of enrollment figures or projected returns. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. SMS messaging terms & compliance
Our messaging program sends appointment confirmations and reminders to people who have booked a conversation with us and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications. You will only receive messages if you have explicitly opted in, and we maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and all applicable laws.
Opt-out & support
You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by texting “STOP” to the number that sent you messages. We will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will no longer receive messages unless you re-opt in. Security & storage
We implement appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse, including encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest, secure access controls, and regular security assessments. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or engaged in conduct we deem inappropriate or unlawful. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and any content obtained from it.
Governing law
